The American Heart Association has an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Manager, Healthcare Business Solutions, ECC based out of our National Center office! This position can be remote/home based but must live near a major airport.
This individual will be responsible for planning and implementing marketing initiatives to support program and product development for the Healthcare market segment, targeting emergency cardiovascular and other healthcare providers in the clinical, pre-hospital (EMS), hospital and post-hospital settings. Marketing priorities for this position include product positioning with an emphasis on the digital portfolio of training products, brand management, demand generation activities, digital and social marketing, and field sales enablement efforts. With attention to science accuracy, market needs and customer experience, this position will work collaboratively, being accessible to internal team members, RQI Partners and key internal and external stakeholders, to develop and deliver high-value solutions and services. In conjunction with other healthcare marketing team members and with product development teams, this position will utilize customer and market insights to develop and implement product marketing plans, communicate marketing initiatives and measure their effectivness. Concurrently, the Marketing Manager will work to achieve goals and objectives for healthcare market share, training and implementation of training programs, revenue goals and mission-related goals.
Creates, manages and executes marketing plans for assigned products and programs including internal/external communications, product/program launch activities, digital marketing, content development and social media marketing
Manages the development of marketing collateral across digital/interactive, social media, print, webinars and live events
Manages vendor relationships to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing deliverables
Partners and executes projects with existing AHA program teams and initiatives
Facilitates marketing campaign prioritization in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Collaborates with Communications team to execute timely promotions
Evaluates and maintains brand integrity and evolving needs
Collaborates with vendors and other AHA departments on reporting and status updates that will provide visibility into marketing campaign results and measure effectiveness, including lead generation, opportunity creation, and ROI of marketing efforts within the program

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, in marketing, communications, advertising or journalism
5 years of experience managing marketing programs involving integrated marketing communications
Proven track record of creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns using tactics that include live events, webinars, email marketing, digital advertising and social media
Experience working with technology that includes marketing automation (such as Salesforce Pardot), analytics, apps and computer programs including PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, etc.
Excellent project management skills
Ability to travel up to 25% local and overnight stay
